ABSTRACT

After skin and lung cancers, prostate cancer ranks third in incidence among males. Bone is he most common site of prostate metastasis; orbital metastasis are rare with few reported in the literature. We describe an 85-year-old man with prostate adenocarcinoma metastatic to the left orbit. The clinical findings, diagnostic assessment and management are presented
